CranialSacral Workshop

CranioSacral Therapy is a light touch therapy that holds certain spots to release tissue in the cranial sacral system. Cranial = Brain. Sacral = Sacrum (lower part of the spine). The cerebral spinal fluid nourishes the nerves that affect every system of the body. If your health improvement seems like it is stuck, and not moving forward, it may be that your cranial sacral system is stuck.

At this workshop, we are going to learn how CranioSacral Therapy works, and what you can expect with a session.
